We explore the role of Sleep and Sleep deprivation, stressless eating, exercise and energy management and optimism in maintaining the state of mind required for leadership in challenging times. Biography Michael Comyn began his career in broadcasting working in broadcasting. During that time he began a series of studies that lead him towards coaching, training and stress management. He has developed and presented training in leadership and communication for over 25 years and more recently formed the Fearless Organisation to foster his interests in the elimination of anxiety and fear in everyday business situations.
