Our January 2012 Event - Topic: The Resilience Audit

At the end of the session we will have explored the practices of resilient people, what makes us resilient, what we can do when our resilience is low. We explore the role of Sleep and Sleep deprivation, stressless eating, exercise and energy management and optimism in maintaining the state of mind required for leadership in challenging times. Resilience management has been described as "Altitude Enhancement" for people living and working in modern Ireland. People only get in trouble when the unexpected happens. Anyone can deal with events in a "normal" environment the real challenge comes when we are faced with the unexpected. A person trained in Resilience Management has skills in innovation, creativity, hardiness, adaptability and bounce-back capability. Become one of a very small number of high calibre performers adept at winning and succeeding by hearing this presentation.

Copies of the audiobook "The Resilience Audit" will be available for attendees.
