Mike set three absolutely stunning tables using items purchased in Superquinn and Dunnes, prepared a three course meal for six at each table and came in under the budget of €100 per table - elegant and cost effective - what a great combination!        The beautiful flowers and vases were supplied by Network Dublin Member Eva Acton, and we wish her much success with her newly opened Dundrum Bloom. Thanks also to Network Dublin Member Veronica Canning for providing Shoeisms for one of the table settings and door prizes. Entries must be submitted by October 31, 2008, with judging by awards panels and provincial awards ceremonies taking place in November.        Winners from these four events will compete at national level for overall category prizes in March 2009.
