For our final My Work event of 2007, we invite you to join us for an un-missable evening presentation of practical, simple tips to destress, relax and promote ease and wellbeing. |
We are delighted to welcome Deirdre Ahern and Claire Pilling, Co-Managers of the Chrysalis Holistic Centre in Donard, Co Wicklow, to host this month's event. Chrysalis was founded in 1989 and is dedicated to personal development; health and wellbeing; and spirituality. |
Deirdre has worked for 20 years in television production and since then has enjoyed a freelance career as a personal development/stress management facilitator and life coach. Claire has helped develop Chrysalis for 16 years, having previously spent 10 years in London working in publishing and PR before downshifting to Ireland for the good life.
By the end of the evening we will have learnt strategies that could really make a difference to the quality of our everyday life. Deirdre and Claire will offer us food for thought and inspiration, all served up with some fun and lots of encouragement to take it easy!
