Time | 6.30 pm for a 7.00pm start
Venue | Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4.

Dear Leanne,

It's February! That means you can relax a little on the new eating regime introduced on Jan 1st...

Or does it...?

This month we are delighted to have Roisin O'Kelly, from Breath of Life Clinic in Portmarnock who will speak to us about Nutrition for the Working Woman.

Whether you are trying to come up with interesting meal options for a busy family, or living alone and cooking for one, Roisin has some practical tips for you. Roisin's talk will include practical advice for dealing with low energy, infertility, weight problems and children's complaints.

This event will take place on 15 February 2006 at 6.30pm and will be held at the Burlington Hotel in Ballsbridge. Ample parking available.

This will be an interesting session for all members of Network Dublin who are fond of fine dining and aware of the positive aspects of eating good food.

Why not invite your your colleagues or clients?
Guests are welcome to attend for €20.

Book your place - click "I'll be attending" to RSVP and we will see you on the 15th February at the Burlington.

Anchoring Positive Psychology To Your Goals | January 2006 last months
event

January's event which took place in the Clarence Hotel proved to be a tremendous success. Members flocked in to enjoy a glass of wine, delicious canape's and a buzzed room full of eager networkers - all of this whilst overlooking the picturesque city by night. What a great way to kick start the year!

Paula King from Executive Coaching spoke about anchoring positive psychology to our goals for 2006. Part of her talk was about the motivation behind our goals and a brief synopsis of this is outlined below:

  • Your goals must be aligned with your belief system and your motivation comes from within.
  • Motivation will flow naturally from your dream for your future.
  • A powerful goal takes on a life of its own. It gets you up in the morning and provides the motivational energy you need to achieve it.
  • Self-motivated individuals are those who have a reason, a purpose, and a cause... which compels them to act.
  • Self motivation is the bridge between thinking about your goals and accomplishing them. That’s because motivation isn’t just a feel good sensation but a driving force; a compelling reason that calls us to action.
