To add to the excitement, a few lucky Network members won beautiful Monart hampers and a Monart voucher. Indeed nobody left empty-handed, as there were Fishers of Newtownmountkennedy goody bags for everyone.
Our first guest speaker, Lorna McDowell - Xenergie Life & Executive Coaching, treated us to invigorating music and dance and encouraged us to keep our dreams alive through vitality and love of ourselves and life.
Later, our second guest speaker, Paul O’Brien, a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Traditional Medial Practitioner, entertained while at the same time informed us on the Ancient Chinese outlook on life and secrets of how acupuncture works to relieve stress and many common ailments. Paul then demonstrated his celebrated 5 Minute Massage Routine.
