Wine & Cheese Evening

The Stephens Green Hibernian Club played host to the annual cheese and wine tasting event which saw 80 plus eager Network Dublin members and guests ready to put their palates to the test.

The Crosse Family topped up our glasses with some of their most delicious wines, while Dad, Peter took us through the history of wine making and the C&H (www.chwines.ie) stocked vineyards themselves. There were three reds and three wines to taste, which really got the girls debating the different flavours - not to mention the beautiful Sparkling Wine that started the evening off!

Annie from Matthews Cheese Cellar (www.matthewscheesecellar.com) had matched each wine with the perfect cheese which added a dramatic flavour to every sip. What was once a quite, unknown treasure is now set to be the Christmas Hot Spot for all Cheese Lovers in Dublin.
