Elegant Entertaining for the Busy Executive
On Wednesday, 20th September, Network Dublin and friends were thoroughly entertained by Mike Prinsloo and his unique art of elegant entertaining! This was the most successful Network Dublin event so far this year, with nearly 100 guests in the exquisite Stephen’s Green Club.
The tone of the evening was perfectly set with a wonderful sparkling wine reception. From there, Mike displayed beautiful table settings to create fun or romantic moods, stunning ways to present a meal, along with mouth-watering menu ideas. Mike, a highly successful restaurateur and interior designer, recommended good planning and creative use of everyday items as key to elegant entertaining - he even made oranges in a jar look gorgeous!
